SF02-011 Rat and Mouse 10% Fat Low n3
A cereal diet based on standard Rat and Mouse with modifications to keep n3 fats around 0.1%.
- Fat content has been increased to 10% using lard (Pork fat).
- Energy has increased due to the higher fat content and calculated Vitamin E concentration has increased from the additional oil.
- Our standard diet uses wheat as the primary cereal grain. To maintain nutritional parameters in this diet it has been necessary to change to barley as the primary cereal grain.
- Changes in all other parameters have been kept to a minimum.
