A low calcium, low phosphorous modification of AIN93G with added Haemoglobin.
- A semi-pure diet formulation for laboratory rats and mice based on AIN93G.
- Haemoglobin has been added at 2.5%, casein has been reduced to maintain a total protein content of 19.4%.
- Calcium has been decreased to 0.1%
- No mineral phosphorous additions have been included, all calculated P is from other raw materials in the diet. The bioavailability of this P is not clear.
- Starch content has been reduced.
